WAMPAC Packaged UPEDR Meter LifeLines Maintenance Regime

Electricity/ Transportation /Telecommunications/ Water Networks Packaged UPEDR Meter Cluster Arrays in WAMPAC Preventive Maintenance Regime Balancing Channel Reliability and Environmental Emergencies Dr. Lemba D. Nyirenda, Ph.D. Electrical & Computer Engineering Chief Technical Advisor UNIDO REPRISE-Zambia Project International Expert: Transportation, Energy & ICT Systems Disaster Protection and Lifelines Systems Operations Research Email: lembanyirenda@gmail.com; Phone: +260 977829662 Abstract: The novel application of the packaged UPEDR (Universal Productivity-Emergency-Disaster-Recovery) meter cluster arrays in WAMPAC (wide area monitoring, protection and control) systems to balance Electricity/ Transportation /Telecommunications/ Water lifelines network reliability and environmental emergencies in a preventive maintenance regime offers a cost-effective solution to integrated system planning, operation and economic sustainability. The potential economic benefits include: very high utility network productivity, high emergency operational efficiency and effectiveness, very high route section reliability and associated plant availability, avoided widespread cascade route blockades, and reduced network congestion costs through the mandatory use of emergency bypass routes based on the max-flow min-cut value theorem. Key words: Productivity, Alert, Emergency, Disaster, Recovery Dynamic States Preventive Maintenance Regime.
